Within our sacred space,  sound healing practitioner Erica Forbes harnesses the transformative power of vibrational frequencies to help guide you into profound relaxation, peace and inner harmony. Each sound bath session is thoughtfully tailored to nurture your well-being and elevate your spirit. 

For ultimate comfort and relaxation, we provide high-quality amenities to support your sound healing experience. 

You have option to lay of the floor or use gravity chairs.

You have access to yoga mats and/or gravitational chairs, plush 100% cotton blankets, pillows, linen flax eye masks-  allowing you to fully immerse in the healing vibrations.  

We offer complimentary organic tea (sourced responsibly, organic and hand picked into tea bags) for your enjoyment.

For private group / parties, we offer a serene small outdoor area perfect (weather permitted)  for enjoying some air and a nice place to enjoy herbal tea before/ after sound bath session. For private parties, it is perfect as some people bring charcuterie, boards, or birthday cakes. This gives you a little bit more space to do that.

This peaceful space provides a lovely opportunity to relax and unwind.
