Henrieta is a lifelong vocalist, artist and Reiki master under pseudonym Helia. With her soulful voice she creates harmonizing, grounding and activating frequencies. Her channeled songs are always created in the moment interpreted in her own vocal style. Channeling and receiving in the moment is very powerful and adds an extra layer to our co-created sound bath sessions. Henrieta a revered Reiki Master and lifelong singer embodies a profound understanding of the human energy field. Beyond her expertise in Reiki, Henrieta is also a gifted singer who intuitively weaves her voice into sound healing and vocal tuning practices. With her soulful voice, she creates resonant frequencies that harmonize the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit, offering a unique and transformative healing experience.

Mitsuko is a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and sound healer devoted to creating sacred spaces for healing, restoration, and self-discovery.
Her offerings weave together Kundalini and Vinyasa yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the transformative resonance of gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes. Each experience is an intentional journey — inviting the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open.
