Sound Bath Experience

Every detail at Lotus Healing Studio is designed to help you settle in, feel comfortable, and fully immerse in the experience. Erica Forbes creates each sound bath live, layering crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, flute, drums, and other instruments to create a deeply relaxing and beautifully curated journey in sound.

Choose the way you want to unwind — recline in one of our gravity chairs or settle onto a yoga mat with plush pillows, 100% cotton blankets, and linen flax eye masks. 

Lotus Tea Ritual

Complimentary organic herbal tea is available following your sound experience, featuring thoughtfully sourced and hand-selected blends chosen with more than 20 years of tea knowledge and appreciation.

Each infusion is selected to complement the experience, offering a gentle and grounding way to extend relaxation, reconnect, and ease back into the rest of your day or evening.

For private groups and celebrations, our intimate outdoor patio offers an additional space to gather before or after your session, weather permitting. Guests are welcome to enjoy tea, bring a charcuterie board or birthday cake, and make the experience feel even more personal.
